About me

Motivators

As a marketing professional, my top three motivators are creativity, impact, and learning. I find great satisfaction in developing innovative marketing campaigns that showcase my creative abilities and capture the attention of my target audience. Additionally, the ability to make a tangible impact on an organization's success, whether it be through increasing sales, brand awareness, or customer engagement, provides me with a sense of purpose and fulfillment in my work. I am constantly motivated by the opportunity to learn new skills and techniques, as marketing is a field that is constantly evolving, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and strategies is essential for success. I keep a notebook with me at all times to document when inspiration stikes.

During my Marketing Master’s course, I developed an affinity for Branded Entertainment. What started as an appreciation for Super Bowl commercials transformed into a deep dive into all things branded entertainment. I look to agencies like The Martin Agency, Ogilvy, Mojo Supermarket, MullenLowe, and Mother for their fresh, engaging, and often humorous campaigns and content. I love this area of advertising so much that I decided to dedicate 4 months to the topic for my dissertation. I wanted a better understanding of consumer attitudes, agency implementation strategies, and the trends that are influencing the adoption of branded entertainment in different industries.

Likes + Interests

I love travelling and living in new places - hence my dedication to seeking new cultural experiences both personally and professionally. I love living in new places and meeting new people from all over the world - I have learned more both academically and socially during my time in Dublin than I could have ever anticipated. Skiing and running are my favorite sports (this has nothing to do with my limited athletic ability in other areas). I am a coffee lover and the occassional tea drinker, I enjoy reading and have recently entered the audiobook arena, I love music but will not be sharing my Spotify Wrapped since it reports an embarrising amount of Briston Maroney streams.

Social Media Platforms

It his hard to choose just a few but my most used are Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Having navigated my own profiles on every social app, I am able to be my most authentic on these platforms. One platform I will keep an eye on is Lemon8 - it’s all over LinkedIn and seems to be the hottest new addition to the social media app family.
